Review of The Pitchfork Diaries Vol. 1 By Mandee Lane   If you’re a fan of horror, take it to the extreme and read The Pitchfork Diaries Vol. 1 by J.S. Bannerman. This collection of works takes it to the edge and then jettisons past that meaningless line into a world where anything and everything goes. Nothing is safe, and I mean that quite literally; it’s not just the topics but the stories themselves, just when you think you have it figured out he throws in a twist that shatters your expectations so completely that you’re left stunned and craving more. The story lines are only part of the thrill, though. His words are magic, the way he can paint beautiful pictures behind your eyes of things that are completely graphic and gory before you realize what you’re truly seeing. The scenes leave you breathless and wondering how you can possibly be so turned on by things so horrific and disturbing. These stories will make you stop and think and question everything you ever held as truth. J.S. Bannerman is truly a master of extreme horror and The Pitchfork Diaries Vol. 1 is a must read for any fan of the genera. Even if you’re not a fan of horror, check it out, it may just change your mind. First off thank you very much! I want to add it takes a mind that can handle the imagery, So many will read it and consider it a waste of extremities But to truly see the meaning and beauty of the book you better have an open mind. The way I write is psychotic in nature it is not a dark place I take you, I take you to HELL and hive you a glimpse of true evil! Thank you for the awesome review! In the shadow of the horns, J
